Entering perimenopause or in the throes of menopause and looking for help navigating your journey? Carla, the Meno.Pause Doula will help you find your way.

What you get:

  • A one-on-one virtual consultation with Carla. (In person if local!) We will discuss where you are in your journey, what it is you are looking to achieve, and get you going on your path.

  • A personalized menopause support plan where we explore your options, find Doula-approved local resources specifically for you (I.e. support groups, providers, etc.) and give you the tools you need to take charge of your body, mind, and spirit. We will identify local resources to support you on your journey. Whether it’s medical. holistic, or a combination of both, we will set you up for success.

  • We will touch base before and/or after appointments to make sure you have questions and concerns addressed.

  • You will have one full-year access to the Meno.Pause With Me Village (a $350 value!). Meet up virtually with others navigating this midlife transition and get the conversation started!

  • Access to all digital products and webinars
